Despite being snapped holding hands with the former Saturday night Live star at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in April, the 81-year-old said she’s not about to become Davidson’s next love interest, reports the new york post.

“Pete Davidson is like the son I never had!” the famous domestic diva told the Daily Mail with a laugh at the opening of her first-ever restaurant at the Paris in Las Vegas on Friday.

However, even though a hot new relationship isn’t on the horizon, she said she enjoyed meeting the 28-year-old performer.

“He is a charming boy who is finding his way,” she said.

It might not be the last time eager fans get the chance to hear the pair together — with Stewart dropping an offer she extended to Davidson.

“I’ve invited him to come on my podcast and I look forward to hearing what he has to say,” she revealed.

Davidson split from Kardashian, his girlfriend of nine months, in early August, citing reasons including his filming schedule and Kardashian being busy raising her children and running her business.

“They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship,” a source told Page Six.

Stewart — who was married to publisher Andrew Stewart for 29 years before they called it quits in 1987 — is regularly the talk of social media with her thirst trap snaps.

The former model especially caught fans’ attention after posting a sultry selfie from her pool in 2020 — with users even suggesting she start an OnlyFans account.

However, for the time being, Stewart appears to be single, jokingly telling Chelsea Handler on her podcast recently that it’s been “a while” since she dated.

Nevada homebuyer gets 86 homes for price of one due to copy-past error

A tiny mishap that has caused a lot of paperwork has landed a homebuyer with a small city’s worth of homes purchased for the price of one.

Thanks to four mistaken keystrokes, the new owner of a single-family home received an additional 84 house lots, plus two common spaces for a total of 86 properties, while getting the deed for her new house in a small town in Nevada, United States , which alone is valued at $US594,481 ($843,000), according to the Reno Gazette Journal.

The reason for the bonus homes, located in a development northeast of Reno, was simply administrative human error, the New York Post reports.

“It appears Westminster Title out of Las Vegas may have copied and pasted a legal description from another Toll Brothers transfer when preparing [the homebuyer’s] deed for remembrance,” Washoe County chief deputy assessor Cori Burke told the Journal.

The error was at least obvious enough that it was noted almost immediately — but the damage had already been done.

“Because it was pretty clear a mistake was made, our assessment services division reached out to Westminster Title right away so they could begin working on correcting the chain of title for the 86 properties transferred in error,” Burke went on.

Such copy-paste errors in fact happen “fairly often,” although rarely do they involve so many properties.

“This particular case is just a little more interesting because of the number of lots involved,” said Burke.

Although amusing, fixing the erroneous land grab will be quite a headache, and require the homebuyer to transfer the title back to Toll Brothers, who will then in turn transfer it to new property owners through typical channels.

“I think someone could try to make things difficult. However, the title company also has the offer and acceptance for the purchase on file so intent is pretty clear,” Burke told the publication.

“I would think it would be a loser in court and doubt it happens often, if at all.”

(KTNV) — Officials say that Death Valley saw almost a year’s worth of rainfall within three hours last weekend.

They say that the rain caused widespread damage, and closure of all park roads.

“The heavy rain that caused the devastating flooding at Death Valley was an extremely rare, 1000-year event,” says Daniel Berc, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service Las Vegas. “A 1000-year event doesn’t mean it happens once per 1000 years, rather that there is a 0.1% chance of occurring in any given year.”

Additionally, many thousands of roadways are known to have moderate to severe asphalt damage with hundreds of thousands of roadways impacted by debris. Road conditions are still being assessed, as damage makes access to some areas impossible by vehicle.

To date, there is said to be no reported injuries from visitors or park residents, and people who were previously sheltering in place have been able to carefully travel out through the damaged roadways. No park roads are currently open because of ongoing safety concerns and active road work.

“Death Valley is an incredible place of extremes,” said park superintendent Mike Reynolds. “It is the hottest place in the world, and the driest place in North America. This week’s 1,000 year flood is another example of this extreme environment. With climate change models predicting more frequent and more intense storms, this is a place where you can see climate change in action!”

LAS VEGAS — A 54-year-old man was identified Friday as the suspect arrested in the killing of one person and wounding of two others during a family argument in a Las Vegas Strip hotel room.

Billy Hemsley was arrested within six hours of the 8:30 pm Thursday shooting at The Mirage resort, Capt. Dori Koren and the department said.

A department statement said detectives located and apprehended Hemsley in a southeast Las Vegas neighborhood and he was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.

It was not immediately clear if Hemsley had an attorney who could speak for him ahead of an initial court appearance scheduled for Saturday.

The shooting prompted a lockdown for more than two hours after tourists watched police rush into the iconic casino and hotel on Las Vegas Boulevard.

The injured women were taken to a hospital. No details were disclosed about their conditions and they were not identified.

Koren, head of the department homicide division, told reporters that the shooter had a Las Vegas address and the incident did not pose a wider threat to the public.

A police statement on Friday said it stemmed from an argument “with several family members” in an eighth-floor room.

An official with MGM Resorts International, operator of The Mirage, did not immediately respond to Friday messages.

The Polynesian-themed property, with a fire-spewing volcano and more than 3,000 rooms, opened in November 1989. The property is credited with helping transform Las Vegas from a gambling hub into a luxury resort destination with international appeal.

MGM Resorts announced plans last December to sell operations of The Mirage for nearly $1.1 billion to Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The new operator plans to replace it with a huge guitar-shaped hotel. The sale is pending regulatory approval.

One person was fatally shot inside a Las Vegas hotel room Thursday night, prompting authorities to place the entire building on lockdown.

The shooting occurred inside a hotel room on the eighth floor of the Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip, police said.

Another two people are believed to have been injured in the shooting, according to the local station 8 News, which cited a source with knowledge of the investigation.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department asked the public to avoid the area as the situation and investigation are still active. The gunman remains at large.

Videos posted to Twitter show a heavy police presence at the hotel and hotel guests said no one is being let into or out of the building as officers go room to room to check on guests. In one video, an officer can be seen carrying a ballistic shield.

1 killed in hotel room, police confirm

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas Metro police are investigating a deadly shooting at the Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip that left one man dead and two women injured.

The shooting happened in a hotel room around 8:30 pm Thursday, LVMPD Capt. Dori Koren said early Friday morning.

The 8 News Now I-Team first reported the information Thursday night through sources. Officers arrived on the scene within a minute of the 911 call, Koren said.

An altercation happened in the room between four people who all knew each other, Koren said. One person in the room shot the three others, Koren said. The shooter then left the room.

Deadly shooting investigation at Mirage (KLAS)

The injured shooting victims were taken to UMC hospital, Koren said. They were listed in critical condition as of Friday morning.

“Any types of extreme violence in our city we take very seriously,” Koren said. “You’ve seen it in all the investigations we conduct. We are confident we will solve this case.”

Police were looking for the suspect as of Friday morning. Investigators had isolated a variety of areas in the hotel as part of their investigation, Koren said.

The shooting prompted hotel security and Metro police to restrict access to the property. Video from guests showed police entering the hotel and casino with shields.

Police did not issue a photo of the suspect, but said at least one person who was in the room has ties to the area. Koren said there was no threat to the public.

Security allowed guests back onto the property around 10:50 pm

“We are investigating a shooting in a hotel room at the Mirage,” Metro police tweeted shortly after 10 pm “One person has been pronounced deceased. This is an active investigation and we will provide more information as it becomes available. Please avoid the area.”

Crystal Renay shared an impassioned statement via Instagram on Saturday, in which she accused her husband of cheating on her with “numerous” other women over the course of their nearly decade-long relationship, reports the new york post.

“8 years of lies and disappointment. 8 years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous of women who sell their bodies to him unprotected… every last one of them!” her statement from her began.

“To say I’m heartbroken and disgusted is an understatement. To ask me to stay and accept it is absolutely insane. The mentality of a narcissist. I will no longer lie to the public or pretend that this is something it isn’t,” she continued.

Renay, 36, added that she would be focusing on herself moving forward, writing, “I choose me, I choose my happiness and health and my respect.

“I gained 3 beautiful children out of this but nothing else but wasted years and heartache,” the model added of the three kids she shares with the 42-year-old singer — sons Shaffer Chimere, 6, and Roman Alexander-Raj, 4 , as well as 13-month-old daughter Isabella Rose.

She concluded on a conciliatory note that nonetheless conveyed an air of finality: “If someone can’t love you the way you deserve then it’s up to you to love yourself. With no hate in my heart I wish him nothing but the best.”

A spate of celebs and influencers proclaimed their allegiance to Renay in the comments section, offering both condolences and words of support.

“Stand in your truth boo. Now it’s just time for the next chapter in your story. Sending you all the good vibes,” wrote social media personality Landon Romano.

“So sorry,” wrote model and dancer Bria Myles, adding five melancholic crying emojis.

By Sunday afternoon, Ne-Yo responded to Renay’s post via Twitter.

“For the sake of our children, my family and I will work through our challenges behind closed doors,” he explained.

“Personal matters are not meant to be addressed and dissected in public forums. I simply ask that you please respect me and my family’s privacy at this time.”

Renay first started dating Ne-Yo sometime after the two met in 2015 to discuss potentially collaborating on the musician’s upcoming album, according to People.

The R&B star’s ex-fiancee, Monyetta Shaw, 42, — with whom he shares Madilyn Grace, 11, and Mason Evan, 10 — claimed in a 2016 New York Post op-ed that she learned of his involvement with Renay in 2014 , one year after he’d broken up with Shaw over the phone.

In any case, the One in a Million crooner successfully proposed to Renay in 2015, and the two wed a little under a year later — at which time she was nearly nine months pregnant with their first child.

The couple briefly split in 2020 before remarrying in 2022, throwing a lavish ceremony in Las Vegas to celebrate their reunion.

Madison Square Garden is a special place for WWE superstar Randy Orton and his wife, Kim Orton.

On the latest episode of “The Wives of Wrestling” podcast — which is hosted by Jon Alba and also featured Kim and Giovanna Angle, who is the wife of WWE Hall of Famer and Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle — Kim recalled having sex with Orton at The Garden during the most festive time of the year, the New York Post reports.

“Big Show walked in on us in Madison Square Garden,” Kim recalled.

“He told us the room to go in. A security guard walked in on us. That’s when he had both titles. New, fresh love. There’s nothing better.”

Alba pointed out that the WWE took over MSG around Christmas time in 2013, when Orton was the WWE World Champion. The 42-year-old is currently sidelined with a back injury.

“You f***ed in Madison Square Garden at [WWE’s] Christmas shows? What is wrong with you, woman? Alba asked.

“What do you mean?” Kim asked. “We’re showing Christ our love. I’m so glad my kids don’t like me enough to listen [to the podcast] anymore.”

Kim and Orton welcomed their daughter Brooklyn Rose Orton in November 2016 — a year after the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas. She has three sons from her first marriage, Anthony, Robbie, and Michael. Orton also has a daughter, Alanna, from his first marriage to gymnast Samantha Speno.

“Why do you think my husband fell in love with me, Jon?” Kim asked. “He’s like ‘wait a minute, this chick is something else. She’s a freak.’”

Orton proposed to Kim during a romantic getaway to Bora Bora, and they tied the knot four months later on Nov. 14, 2015. The couple met at a live event in Poughkeepsie, New York, in 2012, while she was a member of his fanclub.

Kim brought up the sex story after the group discussed the cleanliness of title belts after they are won.

“People that have titles, when you first bring that title home make sure you alcohol swab that sh*t down,” said Kim.

In just a few weeks, Olivia Wilde and boyfriend Harry Styles will step on the red carpet at the prestigious Venice Film Festival for the world premiere of their new movie, Don’t Worry Darlingwhich she directed.

They will be joined by Styles’ co-star Florence Pugh, one of Hollywood’s brightest young things. But Hollywood is buzzing that the 26-year-old actress has fallen out with Wilde, 38, over the director hooking up with Styles.

“I can tell you for a fact that Flo seeing Olivia and Harry all over each other on set did not go down well as Olivia was still with Jason when she first hooked up with Harry,” one insider told The New York Post’s Page Sixreferring to Wilde’s ex, ted lasso star Jason Sudeikis.

The former couple — who got engaged in 2012 and share kids Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5 — announced the end of their seven-year romance in November 2020.

At the time, sources cited Wilde’s relationship with Harry as the main reason for the split, with one insider telling Page Six the affair with Styles, now 28, had been ongoing for a month, leaving Sudeikis distraught.

“Jason and the kids visited Olivia on set at the beginning a few times, so I think this all made people feel a little uncomfortable,” the insider said this week.

Internet sleuths certainly think something is up — finding it strange that, in an industry where stars live and die by Instagram, Pugh failed to “like” a post in which Wilde included the full official trailer for Don’t Worry Darling last week.

Wilde followed that up by posting a photo of Pugh with the comment: “Watching this woman work was such af***ing thrill! Can’t wait to show you more. @florencepugh@dontworrydarling.”

Pugh, again, was conspicuous by her silence — and the fact that, on the same day, she posted a teaser trailer for another new project, Oppenheimerabout J. Robert Oppenheimer, the so-called father of the atomic bomb.

It’s a subject of hot debate on social media, with one fan tweeting: “The way Florence Pugh has yet to post about Don’t Worry Darling even though there are two trailers out for it and yet she’ll post about every single other project that she’s doing right now – like what did Olivia Wilde do????”

“I think it’s so funny how Florence Pugh had said NOTHING about Don’t Worry Darling and Olivia Wilde keeps trying to hype her up,” tweeted another.

And noted a third Twitter user: “I need to know what Olivia Wilde did to my baby Florence Pugh on the set of DWD because my girl has been SILENT on movie updates.”

But, a source told Page Six, “I heard she was already scheduled to post (about Oppenheimer) that day for some specific reason, it had nothing to do with a response to Olivia.”

Don’t Worry Darling is described as a tale of an unhappy 1950s housewife, played by Pugh, who discovers a disturbing truth about her idyllic life, while her loving husband, played by Styles, hides a dark secret.

On the blue carpet in support of a Tiffany and Co. opening in London this week, Pugh was asked about working with Styles. She said he was “a total professional and it was a great experience working together”.

She then spoke about the cinematography and styling — “It was a joy to walk into the hair and makeup trailer every day,” Pugh said, noting, “the way that everything looks delicious and golden” — but had nothing to say about her director , Wilde.

It’s Wilde’s second film, following the success of 2019’s book smart, for which she won an Independent Spirit Award. She hired former One Direction heart-throb Styles on Don’t Worry Darling to replace actor Shia LaBeouf, who was caught up in a lawsuit by his former girlfriend FKA Twigs over allegations of sexual assault and “relentless” abuse. (LaBeouf has denied the claims, and the case will go in front of a judge next April.) Wilde famously said she had a “No Assholes” policy on set.

Wilde has further been in the headlines after being served custody papers by Sudeikis while promoting Don’t Worry Darling in Las Vegas at CinemaCon in April, for which he later apologized.

Pugh is currently filming Dunes 2 playing Princess Irulan, and another Hollywood insider told Page Six: “Florence is shooting dunes right now and out of pocket. I’m sure she will be front and center for the (Don’t Worry Darling) promo. Once the promo starts in late August, early September, I’m sure she’ll be visible.”

Reps for Styles, Wilde and Pugh were unavailable for comment.
