Viewers have hit out at a truly awkward segment which unfolded on US breakfast program, Today.

In the cringe-worthy clip, TV presenter Justin Sylvester is seen attempting to keep his co-host Jenna Bush Hager at arms’ length after she appeared to get a little too close for comfort.

During a cooking segment, Sylvester, 35, was receiving instructions for making chicken when Bush Hager, 40, patted his back and put one arm around his shoulders.

As Sylvester leaned out of the way, Bush Hager didn’t budge – so he proceeded to use one arm to push her away.

Bush Hager laughed at the diss, only to step back just as close to him.

when the Sisters First author continued to touch Sylvester’s back despite his arm still being held aloft between them, he glanced up, smiled and pushed her out of the way once more.

Bush Hager, backing up, raised her eyebrows at the cameras.

NBC viewers took to Instagram to bash her behaviour, with one calling Bush Hager’s actions “not cool at all” and advising her to “keep her hands to herself” from now on.

“He literally defined his personal space and she forced herself into it,” one social media user wrote of the awkward interaction.

Another added, “He was clearly uncomfortable and kept trying to push her off politely.”

Sylvester, who is a regular contributor to the Today show, often appearing alongside Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb, clarified in an Instagram Story video that his co-star was not “invading” his space.

“That’s not actually the truth,” Sylvester explained, calling Bush Hager the “nicest” person.

“What we were doing was we were both flirting. Well, I was flirting with the chef because he was cute, and I was pushing her out of the way so I could have a one-on-one moment with the chef.”

Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett Smith have been spotted out and about together for the first time since Will slapped Chris Rock over a joke at Jada’s expense during the 2022 Oscars back in March.

The pair, who appeared to be in good spirits, was snapped by photographers on Saturday in Malibu near celebrity hot spot Nobu, walking hand-in-hand as Will waved to onlookers, reports the new york post.

The Oscar winner wore a black hat, navy polo shirt and matching pants for the outing, completing the look with a fresh pair of white Air Force Ones. Jada also rocked sneakers with her de ella all black ensemble, tying a flannel shirt around her waist and finishing off her look de ella with delicate jewelery and a pair of shades.

The sighting comes weeks after Will released his latest apology for slapping Rock during the ceremony due to a G.I. Jane joke the comic told in reference to Jada, who suffers from hair loss condition alopecia.

“I reached out to Chris, and the message that came back is he’s not ready to talk, but when he is, he will reach out,” Smith said in the video posted to YouTube.

“I will say to you, Chris, I apologize to you. My behavior was unacceptable, and I’m here whenever you’re ready to talk.”

Jada addressed the moment during a June episode of her Facebook Watch series Red Table Talksaying she would like, “these two intelligent, capable men to have an opportunity to heal, talk this out and reconcile.

“The state of the world today, we need them both,” she continued. “And we all actually need one another more than ever. Until then, Will and I are continuing to do what we have done for the last 28 years, and that’s keep figuring out this thing called life together. Thank you for listening.”

As for Rock, the stand-up has only spoken of the matter on-stage during recent gigs, including comparing Smith to former Death Row Records exec and noted hothead Suge Knight.

“Everybody is trying to be af**ing victim,” Rock, 57, said during a gig at Atlanta’s Fox Theater.

“If everybody claims to be a victim, then nobody will hear the real victims. Even me getting smacked by Suge Smith… I went to work the next day, I got kids.”

He added: “Anyone who says words hurt has never been punched in the face.”

Television actress Denise Dowse died at age 64 following a battle with viral meningitis.

Tributes poured in for the Beverly Hills, 90210 and insecure actor after her death was announced by her sister Tracey on Instagram, reports the new york post.

“I want to take this moment to thank our friends and family for all of the love and prayers,” she wrote. “It is with a very heavy heart that I inform everyone that my sister, Denise Dowse, has gone forward to meet our family in eternal life,” Tracey wrote.

“Denise Yvonne Dowse was the most amazing sister, a consummate, illustrious actress, mentor and director. She was my very best friend and ultimate family member. Denise loved all of you. I know that she is watching over us with all the love she has.”

Her passing was initially reported by TVLine.

Dowse had been in a coma for at least a week after suffering inflammation in the protective membranes that surrounded her brain and spinal cord.

Ian Ziering, who played student to Dowse’s West Beverly Hills High vice principal Yvonne Teasley on 90210remembered her as a great actor and “loving soul.”

“So heartbreaking to say Denise Dowse has passed away. Throughout all

my years working on Beverly Hills 90210, my scenes with Denise will always [sic] be

remembered with the utmost in respect for her talent, and fondness for the loving soul

she was.

“Some of my heartiest off camera laughs were between she and I hammering out the [sic] discipline her Mrs. Teasley would dish out to my Steve Sanders. My sincere condolences to her family de ella, and all others who she was dear to. God bless you Denise, pay forward that Legacy Key A,” he wrote on Instagram.

Dowse was frequently seen on network TV in the 90s, with credits on shows like Grey’s Anatomy, The X-Files, Criminal Minds, Bones, House, Monk, Law & Order, Gilmore Girls, Charmed, The Bernie Mac Show, Nip/Tuck, Moesha, Sister, Sister, ER, Step by Step, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Seinfeld and full-house —among others.

tracey told Page Six her sister was most proud of Remember Me: The Mahalia Jackson Storya picture she recently directed that premiered at the 2022 Pan African Film Festival in April.

“She has won several best director awards at this year’s film festivals,” Tracey gushed.

Not so long ago the brightest star in baseball, Fernando Tatis Jr. has turned out to be a fool who thinks everyone else is just as big a fool.

Tatis was busted by MLB on Friday for taking an anabolic steroid, and reacted by issuing a statement that it would only fly if the country had 100 per cent illiteracy or everyone’s internet were permanently down, the New York Post reported.

Tatis said he “inadvertently” took the performance enhancing drug Clostebol to treat ringworm, and apparently either he, his agent or his marketing guy thought the world would mistake Clostebol, the synthetic anabolic steroid he was caught with, for Clobetasol, a common drug used to treat skin foods like eczema and psoriasis that also requires a prescription. Clostebol is never prescribed for skin defects or ringworm. Of course, there had actually been a medical mix-up – extremely unlikely since one is a Schedule 4 anabolic steroid and the other a common corticosteroid – he’d have documentary proof since he’d have the prescription from the doctor.

In effect, Tatis was busted again. You do not have to be an internet sleuth to disprove his unbelievable story about him. Tatis needs to employ better liars, but more than that, he needs to clean up his own act. The first half of his season was wiped out in a fit of foolishness. This is much worse.

Tatis’ 80-game PED suspension, announced Friday, stings all of baseball, but it really hurts the exciting Padres, who have energized their sleepy but beautiful burg. Padres general manager AJ Preller texted: “We have a good team. (We) will rally from this.”

Perhaps they will, but as of today they may have somewhat less faith in Tatis’s $341 million ($A477m) 14-year contract.

Tatis did say one believable thing in his statement, proclaiming he was “completely devastated” by his transgression, which we assume is true. Because he is now forever known as just another cheat among the long pantheon of cheats who have populated the game. A select few cheats show some real remorse or a hint of honesty. To this point Tatis is not one of those.

Preller, speaking about Tatis to Padres writers, said: “I think what we need to get to is a point in time where we trust. … Over the course of the last six or seven months I think that’s been something that we haven’t really been able to have.”

The Padres issued a statement saying they are “hopeful Fernando will learn from this experience.” In their statement, ringworm was not mentioned.

On the field Tatis is a prodigy. Off it, I need help.

The biggest question now is: How long has this been going on? More to the point, do we think it’s conceivable he just decided to enhance his performance via drugs while on the injured list and well after he’d already signed his $341 million deal? Or did he win his record deal partly via medicinal means?

Tatis had some amazing achievements leading up to his record contract. And now we all have to wonder about it, and them.

What’s no mystery is the disaster that is his 2022 season, which began with a wrist injury apparently suffered joy-riding on a motorbike. That injury, which he neglected to tell the team about until he showed up at spring training, wiped out 70 per cent of the season. The incredible thing about that was when he was asked whether the cycling accident caused the wrist injury, he answered, “Which one?” The implication was clear. He exercised so little caution he had had multiple motorcycle accidents.

Sadly, as it turns out, carelessness appears to be the least of his weaknesses.

She carried a Balenciaga purse and accessorized with matching latex heels, sporting her now-signature dramatic black eyeliner.

It’s been a few weeks out of the spotlight for Fox, who most recently set social media ablaze with a pair of dangerously low-rise pants she later revealed she had to “shave around.”

“There’s more to life than chasing an impossible beauty standard projected onto me by insecure celebrities for the ultimate goal of pleasing men,” Fox said in defense of the controversial outfit, adding that people who don’t understand it are “mentally lazy.”

Fans seemed to approve of her latest look, with one tweeting, “julia fox woke up and said ‘y’all bitches could never’” while another wrote, “she’s back! and wrapped in garbage bags and wire hangers!”

Other recent statement-making looks of Fox’s include a leather jacket that was actually set aflame, a butt-baring pair of pants that laced up the back, a DIY top and skirt set made from a slashed Hanes tank and more.

She even stepped out in nothing but Alexander Wang underwear to go grocery shopping in May, proving that not only is the sidewalk her runway, but the store is her bedroom.

Martha Stewart has responded to viral memes suggesting a budding relationship between her and Kim Kardashian’s ex, Pete Davidson.

Despite being snapped holding hands with the former Saturday night Live star at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in April, the 81-year-old said she’s not about to become Davidson’s next love interest, reports the new york post.

“Pete Davidson is like the son I never had!” the famous domestic diva told the Daily Mail with a laugh at the opening of her first-ever restaurant at the Paris in Las Vegas on Friday.

However, even though a hot new relationship isn’t on the horizon, she said she enjoyed meeting the 28-year-old performer.

“He is a charming boy who is finding his way,” she said.

It might not be the last time eager fans get the chance to hear the pair together — with Stewart dropping an offer she extended to Davidson.

“I’ve invited him to come on my podcast and I look forward to hearing what he has to say,” she revealed.

Davidson split from Kardashian, his girlfriend of nine months, in early August, citing reasons including his filming schedule and Kardashian being busy raising her children and running her business.

“They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship,” a source told Page Six.

Stewart — who was married to publisher Andrew Stewart for 29 years before they called it quits in 1987 — is regularly the talk of social media with her thirst trap snaps.

The former model especially caught fans’ attention after posting a sultry selfie from her pool in 2020 — with users even suggesting she start an OnlyFans account.

However, for the time being, Stewart appears to be single, jokingly telling Chelsea Handler on her podcast recently that it’s been “a while” since she dated.
