Marilyn Manson steps out in rare outing with wife Lindsay Usich

Marilyn Manson has been spotted during a rare outing in Hollywood with his much younger wife.

The 53-year-old heavy metal singer, whose real name is Brian Warner, stepped out with his long-term partner Lindsay Usich, 37, for dinner in the Californian city.

It’s understood the pair began dating in 2012, before tying the knot in 2020.

Manson, who is reportedly two years sober, cut a vastly different figure for the couple’s date night, where he was photographed sans his signature gothic make-up.

He wore an all-black casual outfit, while Usich wore an emerald green dress with a black jacket.

Manson has rarely been spotted publicly amid multiple sexual abuse allegations leveled against him over the past year, all of which he has denied.

It comes after Manson’s damning texts to Johnny Depp were exposed in documents seen by Daily Beast, which contained pages of evidence excluded from Depp’s trial against ex-wife Amber Heard.

In a 2016 text, Manson allegedly wrote of his wife, “I got an amber 2.0” and also “Lindsay just puled an amber on me… please delete.”

Depp responds, “I been reading A LOT of material on that and sociopathic behavior… it is f***ing real my brother!! My ex-c**t is goddamn TEXTBOOK!!!” according to the document.

Then Manson, in an apparent reference to an incident where the police were called to Depp and Heard’s shared Los Angeles apartment in 2016, wrote, “I got a serious police amber type scenarios with L’s family.

“I’m f***ing stressed. I don’t know if you are back but I need asylum somewhere because I think the cops might be headed my way,” the filing states.

Manson’s former partner, US actress Evan Rachel Wood, has led claims against the goth rocker, including that he forced her to have sex with him while filming one of his music videos.

Wood named Manson as her alleged abuser for the first time in February 2021. They began dating in 2006, when she was 18 and he was 37.

The couple dated for four years, with Wood bringing to light allegations of sexual and emotional abuse years later, though it was only recently that she named Manson as her alleged abuser.

“He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years,” Wood wrote on Instagram in February last year.

“I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander or blackmail.

“I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives.

“I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent.”

Amber Heard spotted in Israel with controversial journalist who was banned from Johnny Depp trial

EXCLUSIVE: Amber Heard is spotted in Israel with controversial journalist who was banned from her defamation trial with Johnny Depp for live-Tweeting in the courtroom

  • Amber Heard was pictured pushing an empty stroller while on vacation in Tel Aviv following her heated defamation trial with ex Johnny Depp
  • Heard was out and about in Israel in a black dress, flip-flops and a blue cap
  • Earlier in the week, she was spotted visiting a bookstore in the city and enjoying lunch with controversial journalist and friend, Eve Barlow
  • Barlow has remained close with Heard and was barred from the defamation trial for repeatedly taking her phone out and trying to advise Heard’s team

Amber Heard was spotted walking around Israel and dining at a central Tel Aviv cafe on Monday with her friend, Eve Barlow, the controversial Zionist journalist who got herself banned from the Johnny Depp defamation trial.

Heard was out and about wearing a black dress, flip-flops and a blue cap.

While in Tel Aviv, she was also spotted browsing bookstores and enjoying lunch with Barlow, who stood by her during the trial and was prevented from observing proceedings in April, after she was caught texting and tweeting from the front row of the courtroom, which is generally reserved for legal counsel.

She also reportedly tried to provide legal counsel to Heard’s team by showing them social media posts of a Depp witness, which she alleged were compromising. Depp’s lawyers successfully filed a motion to have Barlow permanently barred from the courtroom.

After gaining backlash online for her fervent support of Heard, Barlow claimed that the negative comments against her were fueled by misogyny and anti-Semitism.

JC Halper, owner of Halper’s Book Store in the Israeli city, said he was surprised to see Heard walking through his aisles on Tuesday as she purchased his book detailing his adventures at the store.

‘Say what you want about Amber Heard, (and what little I knew about her was negatively influenced by the media as well), the person who browsed my store last Tuesday for almost an hour, with her toddler baby girl and a couple of friends , was a modest, polite, friendly, inquisitive self-effacing customer with high literary tastes,’ Halper wrote.

‘In fact, I had no idea that it was her until she presented her credit card. She is also now the proud owner of my book “The Bibliomaniacs” and she promised to send me feedback on it.’

The bookstore trip came a day after Heard was seen eating with Barlow, the former deputy editor of the music bible NME and contributor for New York Magazine.

Heard’s outing in Israel comes as both she and Depp filed appeals on the verdict the jury reached in their heated defamation case, which awarded Depp $10.35 million and Heard only $2 million.

She was ordered to pay Depp a total of $8.3 million after being found guilty of defamation, but says she doesn’t have enough cash to do so.

Ironically, The Daily Beast reported that attorneys for the actress were begging her to pursue what they felt were ‘tens of million of dollars’ she was entitled to through Depp’s ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ profits prior to their trial.

They alleged that because Depp made Pirates of the Caribbean 5 during the marriage, it was ‘community property’ and an asset Heard was entitled to half of.

Heard would not allow them to chase that money, with her lawyers saying via email that she was being ‘true to your word’ that it wasn’t about cash.

Johnny Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction, court documents claim

Johnny Depp suffers from erectile dysfunction, attorneys for Amber Heard claimed in newly unsealed court documents.

The actress’ legal team argued in a March 28 filing, obtained by Page Sixthat the purported medical malady may have contributed to her ex-husband’s allegedly violent behaviour.

“Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard,” the documents alleged.

Depp has consistently denied Heard’s allegations of rape and violence.

Heard’s lawyers went on to claim that Depp’s supposed penile problem would make it “more probable” that he would become “angry or agitated” in encounters with the Aquaman star and cause him to “resort to a bottle.”

In May, Heard, 36, broke down in tears during the former couple’s defamation trial as she testified that the Pirates of the Caribbean star, 59, allegedly raped her with a liquor bottle and threatened to “carve up” her face with it during a March 2015 altercation.

“I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside me was broken,” she said, breathing heavily as she held back tears. “I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t feel anything.”

According to the court documents, the alleged incident occurred in Australia during the same fight that left Depp with a severed finger — something he claimed on the stand happened when Heard flung a vodka bottle at him. The two had only gotten married a month earlier.

During a cross-examination, Depp’s lawyer grilled Heard about the alleged sexual assault, for which the Justice League star admitted she did not seek medical attention.

“As I have always said, I don’t remember exactly what happened first, or the sequence,” she said.

The unsealed documents also revealed text message exchanges between Depp and Marilyn Manson — who similarly has been accused of and denied sexual abuse — as well as the Edward Scissorhands star’s attempt to bring up his ex-wife’s “brief stint as an exotic dancer” at trial.

The jury ultimately awarded Depp $15 million ($A21.35 million) over claims he was defamed by a 2018 Washington Post op-ed in which Heard made allegations of sexual violence. She was awarded $2 million ($A2.85 million) over her claims that Depp’s lawyer had made false and damaging comments about her.

Depp’s team did not immediately respond to Page Six‘s request for comment on the erectile dysfunction allegation.

Amber Heard sells home she bought in 2019 for $1.05m after being ordered to pay Johnny Depp $8.3m

Unsealed court documents show Amber Heard walked away from a divorce payout from Johnny Depp that could have run to tens-of-millions of dollars, as the financially-challenged actress sells her beloved California home.

Documents seen by the Daily Beast show that the Aquaman star, 36, ignored guidance from her legal team not to pursue Depp for the maximum cash she was entitled to after they filed for divorce in 2016.

She could have sought half Depp’s $33 million he made filming the fourth installment of Pirates of the Caribbean, since it was made while they were married.

But Heard chose not to, and wrote them an email saying she was being ‘amazingly true to (her) word, that this is now about the money.’

A judge refused to let that evidence be admitted during Depp’s defamation lawsuit against Heard.

She was ordered to pay Depp a total of $8.3 million after being found guilty of defamation, but says she doesn’t have enough cash to do so.

Amber Heard appears to have sold a Southern California property for over a million dollars, just as unsealed documents from her trial with Johnny Depp reveal she may have left tens of millions on the table in their divorce

She may now have begun raising some of that cash by selling her Yucca Valley home in the California desert for $1.05million, a profit of about $500,000 for Heard, as per TMZ.

Heard allegedly bought the house in 2019 through an anonymous trust tied to the actress.

There is speculation about Heard’s ability to immediately cover the damages, which includes $10million in compensatory damages and $350,000 in punitive damages.

She will also receive $2million from Depp in a counter-lawsuit, leaving her with just over $8million to pay.

The latter amount was reduced from $5million due to Virginia’s cap on such awards.

Newly-unsealed court documents suggest that Heard may have walked away from more than enough to pay up in their divorce.

The Daily Beast pointed out that Judge Penney Azcarate refused to allow Team Amber to submit a conversation she had with her lawyers during the divorce trial.

Attorneys for the actress were begging her to pursue what they felt were ‘tens of million of dollars’ she was entitled to through Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean profits.

Judge Azcarate refused any reference to these emails in the scope of the defamation trial.

Perhaps the spiciest reveal from the documents is that team Depp may have attempted to submit nude photos of Heard, as well as Amber’s brief work as an exotic dancer.

Heard’s legal team argued these were ‘irrelevant personal matters’ that should not be allowed in the trial.

Heard, 36, appealed the judge’s decision in her defamation case against Johnny Depp on July 21 – two months after she was subjected to pay $10 million to her ex-husband in damages.

Heard was denied a request for a mistrial a week before – arguing that one of the jurors on the case shouldn’t have been eligible to serve because his summons was intended for his father, who had the same name and lived at the same address.

In June, the Aquaman star was ordered to pay her ex-husband $10.35 million at the end of an explosive six-week trial, when a jury ruled she had defamed her ex-husband in a newspaper opinion piece published in 2018.

Depp, 59, received $15 million, including $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages.

The judge later capped the damages at the state’s maximum of $350,000 leaving Depp with a total of $8.35million.

Meanwhile, Heard won one of her three countersuits claims related to statements made by Depp’s lawyer suggesting she and her friends trashed their apartment before calling the police.

Heard was rewarded $2 million in compensatory damages out of the $100million she asked for.

Amid the news of Heard’s appeals, Depp’s representatives told DailyMail.com last week that they are confident in the verdict.

‘The jury listened to the extensive evidence presented during the trial and came to a clear and unanimous verdict that the defendant herself defamed Mr. Depp in multiple instances. We remain confident in our case and that this verdict will stand,’ a spokesperson for Depp said.

A day after Heard’s team filed an appeal, Depp’s team filed one following him being ordered to pay $2 million in damages after he was convicted of a single count of defamation for saying the domestic abuse claims against him were false.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor’s team said they filed an appeal to ensure ‘all information is considered by the court’ while they return to consider Heard’s appeal.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Defamation Trial Timeline

In March 2019, Johnny Depp sued his ex-wife, Amber Heard, for $50million after she wrote an opinion piece for The Washington Post in 2018 saying she was abused by the Pirates of the Caribbean star. However, she never explicitly named Depp in the piece but wrote that she is ‘a public figure representing domestic abuse.’
