Madonna says her 16-year-old son wears her clothes better than she does

There’s more than one fashion plate in this famous family.

While appearing on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” music and style icon Madonna revealed her son David Banda, 16, is already out-dressing her, The NY Post reported.

“He can put on any outfit and look swag as you know what,” she told Fallon on Wednesday night.

“It’s really irritating. He wears my clothes and looks better in them. He can even wear a dress and look butch.”

The “Material Girl” wasn’t joking. Back in May, the mother-son duo matched in Adidas outfits at the WBA World Lightweight Championship at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Banda, who’s known for his gender-fluid fashion choices, stole the show in a bright red three-stripe dress from Adidas’ collaboration with Gucci. The teen paired the eye-catching look with a pair of yellow sunglasses, layered silver jewelery and black sneakers.

But David inherited more from his mother than just her fashion sense.

The “Like a Virgin” singer went on to tell Fallon that her son, whom she adopted in 2006, is working on music of his own.

“He’s going to end up being one of your guests,” the 63-year-old gushed about Banda, saying he has “everything” needed to be a star.

Fallon agreed with the Queen of Pop, saying, “He’s got ‘it.’ He’s got magic. He’s funny, he’s charming, he’s athletic, he’s a good-looking dude.” During the same interview, the hit maker revealed the moment she believed her career was “over with” after accidentally flashing the crowd during her performance of “Like a Virgin” at the first-ever MTV Video Music Awards in 1984.

According to Madge, after her stiletto slipped off onstage, she dived to grab it — accidentally flipping up her dress and exposing her backside to the audience.

“Those were the days when you shouldn’t show your butt to have a career,” the singer joked. “Now it’s the opposite.”

Although her reps thought her career would crash after the incident, the superstar went on to become one of the best-selling female artists of all time.

Meghan McCain ‘sobbed and lactated’ after Joy Behar The View clash

Just one year after she left The View, Meghan McCain revealed the Joy Behar comment that ultimately pushed her to quit the show after four seasons of being the “sole conservative” voice.

During The Commentary Magazine Podcastthe former host explained that following the difficult birth of her daughter in 2020, Behar did not make her feel welcome when she came back from maternity leave, The Decider reports.

“I finally went back to the show and the day I went back to the show, Joy Behar said on air, ‘Nobody missed you, we didn’t miss you, you shouldn’t have come back,’” McCain said.

In the clip of the incident, which went viral at the time, McCain can be seen reacting in shock at Behar’s comment.

“That’s so nasty. That’s, like, so nasty. That’s so rude,” McCain told her colleague.

She said she began hysterically crying and lactating on air before she went to her office, vomited, and called her brother who told her, “F**k these people, it’s not worth it.”

In the end, McCain said decided to leave.

“I didn’t feel supported when I had my baby and I didn’t feel supported when I came back.”

Earlier in the podcast, she explained that she only took the job because her father, the late Senator John McCain, “basically forced” her when he was sick because he thought it would be a “great, iconic job.”

Despite saying the first few seasons were fine, McCain described the talk show as an “egregious, toxic work environment,” adding that just one month after suffering a “graphic” miscarriage, one of her co-hosts joked that the only thing McCain would ever breastfeed is a “cactus,” referring to Behar’s comment.

“I have a young daughter. If she in 15 years came to me and said, ‘The View wants to come and have me host there,’ I would lie in front of a train track before I let her go to that show,” McCain said.

It was announced this week that Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro would be taking over her former seat on the panel.

Joy Behar comment made Meghan McCain quit The View

Meghan McCain revealed that Joy Behar served as the ultimate catalyst to quit The View.

The former morning show co-host explained on The Commentary Magazine Podcast on Thursday that Behar’s response to her returning from maternity leave in January 2021 after giving birth to her daughter, Liberty, made her realize the job was not worth it.

“I finally went back to the show, and the day I went back to the show, Joy Behar said on air, ‘Nobody missed you, we didn’t miss you, you shouldn’t have come back,’” McCain, 37 , recalled.

“And I just… I started hysterically crying. Sorry gentlemen, I know, I started lactating on air, and I started crying.”

McCain said she went back to her office and threw up before calling her brother, who convinced her to leave the ABC talk show.

“I didn’t feel supported when I had my baby, and I didn’t feel supported coming back, and that was ultimately it,” she added. “That was why I left!”

Since leaving in July 2021, the conservative personality has been vocal about her negative experience on the show, especially when it came to Behar, 79, and Whoopi Goldberg.

“The thing about Whoopi, though, is that she yields so much power in culture and television, and once she turns on you, it can create unfathomable tension at the table,” McCain said in her audio memoir, Bad Republican.

“I found her open disdain for me more and more difficult to manage as the years went on and it became more frequent. Occasionally, if the show’s political discourse veered into territory that she found disagreeable, Whoopi would cut me off, sometimes harshly.”

Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro have just been announced as McCain’s replacements on The View.
