1. Kirby challenges Bob

Felicity has arranged for her friends – four-piece band Lyrik – to play a gig at Salt as part of a re-launch of the restaurant. Mac is skeptical about the idea, but she soon gets on board by putting up promotional posters around Summer Bay.
Band member Bob is aghast at the idea of playing a free gig in a small coastal town, which causes tensions with the others. When it comes down to a vote, Bob’s girlfriend Kirby has the deciding say and she chooses to back the other members over him.
2. Cash’s past with Eden is revealed

Lyrik’s gig at Salt proves to be a huge success, but when Cash turns up to enjoy the music, he’s unsettled to realize exactly who the band are. Dean is confused by Cash’s cagey behaviour.
All becomes clear when band member Eden sees Cash in the crowd and leaps off the stage to say hello, wrapping her legs around him. Cash is mortified as he wonders what Jasmine would think of this.
Felicity is confused by Cash’s attitude, but she gets answers by speaking to Eden. Eden admits that she once slept with Cash. Felicity is furious, knowing that Cash had strong feelings for Eden and she could have broken his heart from her.
3. Dean warns off Remi

Ziggy also enjoys the music at Salt, but Dean isn’t pleased when she attracts the attention of lead guitarist Remi. Remi jumps off the stage to perform a guitar solo for Ziggy, leaving Dean annoyed.
Dean takes Remi to one side, introducing himself as Ziggy’s boyfriend and ordering him to leave her alone.
4. Tex’s hidden agenda is revealed

Tex and Rose are loved-up as they return from a trip to the city. Xander is concerned that Rose is moving too quickly with Tex, especially as she still clearly has strong feelings for Cash.
Xander is right to be worried, as Tex snoops around the gym and steals a photo of Mia and Ari. Tex then heads to see a group of bikies, who greet him with familiarity.
When Tex hands over the picture of Mia and Ari, he’s congratulated for tracking down the person who stole money from the gang.
5. Ziggy receives good news
Channel 5
Ziggy is told that she can supervise Theo’s apprenticeship now that Justin has been banned. Ziggy is keen to make sure that she can juggle the responsibility and that Theo is committed enough to the apprenticeship.
Theo is impressed by Ziggy’s obvious commitment to his studies as she officially takes over Justin’s duties.
6. Nikau pulls out of the awards ceremony

On the day that Nikau is due to receive a bravery award, John and Naomi get dressed up to support him. Nikau pulls out at the last minute, fearing that he’ll embarrass John and the surf club by saying the wrong thing during his speech.
John agrees to accept the prize on Nikau’s behalf, but Alf later angrily confronts Nikau for messing everyone around.
7. Nikau rejects Naomi

Naomi tries to boost Nikau’s spirits after the awards ceremony drama, listing all of the reasons that he’s amazing. Naomi then gets caught up in the moment by kissing Nikau, leaving him shocked.
Nikau tries to set the record straight by reminding Naomi that he’s still in a relationship with Bella, who’s away in New York.
Naomi dismisses Nikau’s long-distance relationship with Bella, claiming that their own connection could be something special if he gave up on waiting for his girlfriend’s return.
8. Chloe becomes overwhelmed

Chloe is unaware of the danger she could be in as Tex watches her from afar. Tex’s detective work leads him to discover that Chloe is Ari’s stepdaughter.
This coincides with Chloe pushing herself too hard with her two jobs at the Diner and the gym. Chloe is barely eating or sleeping and things come to a head when she accidentally misses a shift at the Diner.
9. Chloe gets fired

With Chloe refusing to choose between either job, Irene and Leah make a decision to fire her. Irene and Leah believe they’re taking a ‘tough love’ approach, advising Chloe to use her new-found free time to pursue her ambitions for her as a businesswoman.
Chloe is ultimately relieved as Irene and Leah encourage her to work full-time at the gym, pointing out that it’ll be a great opportunity for her.
10. Tane receives a threat

Tane is confused when he finds the missing photo of Mia and Ari on his car.
The picture now has a threatening note attached, which reads: “Your brother stole our money. We want it back.” Tane becomes concerned as it’s clear that a new drama awaits for the Parata family.
